Feelin’ good.

Yesterday around 4pm, I finally had the urge to go run………LOL. Listening to music gets me pumped up. I guess I need to use the music first to get me started then use it while I walk/run.
I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill. Not bad for rebooting my exercise program. One of my runs, I actually ran, I mean more than a good jog. It felt good. I wanted to go farther in my head, but my body said, whoooaaaa. don’t go out to fast. So I quit at 3.5 and did some stomach work. I feel really much better today. I cut my carbs way back yesterday and so far today. I have that kind of “heady” feeling today though. Drank my water, which I need to get on doing right now.
I got on the scale this morning, dreading it, because I feared I gained quite a few pounds since the holidays, but I was only up 3lbs from my lowest so far.
Thank goodness. I was ‘feeling’ like I really gained, but I think from the non exercise, I felt flubby……….
I’m hoping I FINALLY have my head back on straight to get moving and finish this job! Besides, summer is coming and I want to feel great!
